Sir Ghalieh (chicken and garlic stew) is a local northern Iranian dish.
This dish's main ingredient is fresh garlic leaves. In this meal, you will enjoy an exceptional and unique flavor of garlic and chicken that you may not have tasted before.
Perhaps using garlic leaves for cooking is uncommon in your region, which is why I attempted to teach you how to grow garlic leaves in this video.
Planting, cultivating, and picking veggies with your hands is much fun; I highly recommend it.

🔵Ingredients for 8 Servings:
2 whole chickens
800 gr Garlic Leaves
2 Cups Yellow Split Pea
8 Cups Water
5 Eggs
6 Tablespoons of Bitter Orange juice
Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper Powder and Salt as needed

Pour 400g de riz trempé pendant 1h, il faut cuire 100g de riz et 100g de farine de Maîs ... Pour la quantité d'eau faudra mettre le minimum possible pour que le mixeur puisse tourner... 10g (ou 2 cuillières à café) de lévure boulangère pour un mélange de 600g... Le sucre c'est selon le goût de chacun

In January 2024 I hiked 200 kilometers in the heart of the Southern Alps on the South Island of New Zealand. I combined several routes into a continuous 7-day route, including the Cascade Saddle Route, Rees-Dart, Earnslaw Burn, Routeburn and Greenstone-Caples.

J'ai expérimenté la survie extrême durant deux étés de 70 jours avec un équipement minimal : une hache, un couteau, une paracorde, un fil de laiton, un kit de pêche et un kit de feu pour me nourrir et m'abriter. Une expérience que peu de gens ont fait.
